Visit the official website of Haryana Parivar Pehchan Patra: https://meraparivar.haryana.gov.in/
- Click on the “Apply for Mobile Login” button on the homepage.
- And CSC Center Visit and Create Family Id
- Fill out the online application form with all the required personal and family details.
- Upload all the necessary documents, such as proof of identity, proof of address, and Bank Account.
- Submit the application and pay the required fee (if any).
- Once the application is processed, individuals will receive an SMS/Email containing the application number.
- Use the Application Number and mobile number to track the status of the application.

हरियाणा परिवार पहचान पत्र (Haryana parivar pehchan patra) में आपको कई बार संशोधन करने की जरूरत भी पड़ सकती है। मान लीजिए आपके परिवार में किसी नए बच्चे का जन्म हुआ है या फिर आपने अपना पता बदल लिया है तो इस बारे में आपको अपने पीपीपी (PPP) में बदलाव करना होगा। इसके अलावा यदि आपके घर में किसी बेटी की शादी हुआ है तो उसका अपने परिवार से नाम हटाकर उसके ससुराल के पीपीपी में शामिल करना भी अनिवार्य है।
हरियाणा परिवार पहचान पत्र (PPP Haryana) में बदलाव करने के लिए आपको PPP Haryana की मुख्य साइट meraparivar.haryana.gov.in पर जाना होगा। साइट में सबसे ऊपर आपको अपडेट फैमिली डिटेल्स (Update Family details) का ऑप्शन दिखाई देगा। इस ऑप्शन पर क्लिक कर आप अपने पीपीपी को अपडेट (PPP update) कर सकते है। इसके अलावा CSC केंद्र और अटल सेवा केंद्र पर जाकर भी आप अपने कार्ड में संशोधन करा सकते है। इसके लिए अधिकारी आपसे मामूली शुल्क भी वसूल करेगा।
Follow these steps for Correction in PPP Haryana Family Details
- Visit the PPP Haryana official website meraparivar.haryana.gov.in
- Click on the Menu bar and then click on the “Citizen Corner” tab
- Then Click on the “Update Family Details”
- In the next window, the screen shows the question “Do you know Parivar Pehchan Patra (Family ID)?”
- If you know your family ID number, then click on the “Yes” button otherwise click on the “No” button
- If you know your family ID then enter the ID in the next window. and if you don’t know, the portal will ask you to enter the Aadhar Number to search for the Family ID.
- If you choose to enter the Aadhaar Number, then in the next window the registered mobile number will be displayed to send the OTP.
- Click on the “SEND OTP” button.
- Enter the OTP received and the captcha code and click on the “Verify OTP” Button
- The list of family members listed in the Family ID will be displayed.
- Click on the “Edit Member” option if you want to change the details for a family member.
- From the portal, you can also add, or delete a member.
