SBI TAG SURRENDER PROCESS
We are pleased to inform you that Automation of Tag Surrender has been implemented. Customer can login to customer portal at fastag.onlinesbi.com with their credentials. Please choose Tag Surrender menu available on home page.
a)Individual/Tag based: if any active tags are in negative balance then customer cannot give a surrender request. Please recharge it to make positive before initiating surrender.
b) Wallet Based/Auto topup : if wallet is in negative balance, they cannot give a surrender request. Please recharge it to make positive before initiating surrender.
c) If any requested Tags are in block listed then customers are not allowed to give a surrender request. Please send mail to email@example.com for unblocking.
So please advise customer who request for tag/wallet surrender accordingly. Message will be sent to customer registered mobile number, if it is rejected for any reason.
